MARTIUS advises Waldegg on the acquisition of the SHG Group

SHG Pur-Profile GmbH, based in Eitdorf, is the market leader for polyurethane warning and protective profiles in Europe and the USA, with an export share of over 50%. The profiles, which are manufactured using a globally unique production process, are marketed globally under the “Knuffi” brand.

SHG also markets more than 3,000 different articles in the field of occupational safety worldwide through its subsidiary Securemen GmbH. The managing partner remains invested in the SHG Group.

The owner-managed investment company Waldegg Equity from Munich is involved and committed to the further development of medium-sized companies with a focus on German-speaking countries.
