MARTIUS advises Nera Digital Management GmbH on the acquisition of BRANDCONSULT GmbH
BRANDCONSULT, based in Rellingen near Hamburg, offers independent advice on company pension schemes, risk assessments for existing contracts and the digitalization of HR and customer pension processes using its own software platform “EasyPension”. The founder and managing partner remains invested in BRANDCONSULT Group.
The Grünwald-based owner-managed investment holding company Nera Digital Management GmbH invests primarily in German-speaking SMEs with a focus on software/technology, value-added business services and consumer.
