Nalka DACH Investments acquires Norres Baggermann Group
MARTIUS advises Norres Baggermann Group on change of ownership from Triton to NALKA
Norres Baggerman is one of the European market leaders in the development, production and distribution of industrial hose systems for a wide range of industries, including agriculture, food and pharmaceuticals, plastics, wood processing, robotics, fluid applications and power engineering.
The group employs around 400 people in six production facilities and 15 sales offices in Europe, the USA and Asia.
The investment company NALKA, with offices in Stockholm and Munich, invests primarily in small and medium-sized companies in the Scandinavian region and the DACH area.
