MARTIUS advises Nera Digital Management GmbH on the acquisition of BRANDCONSULT GmbH
The owner-managed investment holding company Nera Digital Management GmbH, based in Grünwald, primarily invests in German-speaking SMEs with a focus on software/technology, value-added business services and consumer goods.
BRANDCONSULT, based in Rellingen near Hamburg, offers independent consulting services for occupational pension schemes, risk assessments for existing contracts and the digitisation of HR and customer-side occupational pension processes using its own software platform, EasyPension. The founder and managing partner remains invested in the BRANDCONSULT Group.
