MARTIUS advises Verian Unternehmerkapital on the Acquisition of coin4 Solutions

VERIAN, together with its co-investors, has acquired coin4 Solutions—a German fintech group specializing in receivables management and payment solutions—through a newly established pooling and acquisition structure.

The transaction includes the execution of agreements for the acquisition of the target companies as well as the establishment of the pooling and acquisition structure for VERIAN and the co-investors.

coin4 is a leading provider of technology-based solutions in receivables management and supports its clients—particularly those in the insurance, publishing, and e-commerce industries—in collecting their receivables.

VERIAN is an entrepreneurial investment holding company with a long-term investment horizon that invests its own capital, together with entrepreneurs and family offices as co-investors, in founder- and owner-managed companies.
