MARTIUS advises Gebhardt Group on the acquisition of Hermanussen Metallverarbeitung GmbH
Gebhardt Group, based in Werl/Germany, a leading European supplier of high-quality ducts and steel profiles, has acquired neighbouring Hermanussen Metallverarbeitung GmbH, which is specialized in cold-rolled steel profiles.
This creates an even stronger duct and steel profile supplier for the sectors of construction, energy, and mechanical engineering.
The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
MARTIUS provided comprehensive legal advice to Gebhardt Group on the acquisition with a Munich team consisting of Dr. Wolfgang Grobecker, Dr. Philipp Kopp, and Johannes Friedrich.
The sellers were advised by the Münster-based law firm HADLEY.
