MARTIUS advises FlavoLogic GmbH, part of the Israeli Prodalim Group, on the establishment of Solos Spirits GmbH, a joint venture with Bimmerle
The joint venture combines FlavoLogic’s advanced dealcoholisation and flavour recovery technology with Bimmerle’s spirits expertise to produce high-quality, natural non-alcoholic spirits and flavours. The company offers dealcoholisation services for brands that want to preserve authentic taste, with the aim of redefining the NoLo (no/low alcohol) market.
