MARTIUS advises on the acquisition of Arkopharma Group from private equity company Montagu and minority shareholders by Dermapharm
Arkopharma is a leading supplier of herbal OTC products and dietary supplements in France and other European countries. In fiscal 2021, the Arkopharma Group generated sales of approximately €191 million. For the current fiscal 2022, it forecasts sales of just over €200 million.
With the Arkopharma Group, Dermapharm gains access to the French market and at the same time strengthens its presence in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands. Arkopharma distributes natural OTC products and nutritional supplements through direct sales locations and through partner networks in more than 30 countries.
