Thies Jacob advises on corporate and transactional law issues. He focuses on private equity funds and medium-sized companies, in particular on the sale or spin-off of business units (carve-out) as well as on asset deals.
Prior to MARTIUS, he worked several years as a lawyer in a leading German law firm. He studied law at the universities of Bayreuth (2012) and Auckland (LL.M., 2013). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg.
